متطلبات الإيجار:

- بطاقة الهوية للسعودين /الإقامة السعودية سارية المفعول للمقيمين.

- رخصة قيادة سعودية .

- يبدأ عمر السائق من 21 سنة  .

- رقم الهاتف المحمول للمقيمين المسجلين لدى أبشر للحصول على تصريح تم.

- لا يمكن تاجير العملاء من خارج السعودية.

- تنطبق الشروط والأحكام الأخرى وفقًا لاتفاقية الإيجار.

1. الحد الأدنى لمدة  للإيجار اليومي هو 24 ساعة. بعد يوم واحد، ما يصل إلى 6 ساعات، بسعر متناسب بالساعة وبعد 6 ساعات رسوم يوم كامل

ينطبق. الحد الأدنى لمدة للإيجار الشهري هو 30 يومًا، ويتم احتساب السعر اليومي المتناسب بعد هذه الفترة.

2. يتم تأكيد المركبة عن طريق مجموعة السيارات فقط؛ تحتفظ DS Rent بالحق في تقديم نماذج بديلة ضمن نفس مجموعة التعريفة كما هو مفصل فوق.

3. تطبق زيادة التأمين في حالة وقوع حادث مدعم بتقرير الشرطة وفي حالة قيادة السيارة بواسطة سائق مرخص له قانونًا.

4. فائض التأمين بغض النظر عن نسبة الخطأ حسب تقرير الشرطة. التغطية التأمينية تكون وفقًا لشروط بوليصة التأمين (متوفرة على طلب).

5. أي ضرر يلحق بالمركبة غير مدعم بتقرير الشرطة، فهو على عاتق العميل. قبول المستخدم على نسخة اتفاقية الإيجار مطلوب فقط هذا الغرض.

6. الإيجار لمستخدم واحد فقط. رسوم السائق الإضافية @ 50 ريال سعودي لكل سائق إضافي في اتفاقية الإيجار.

7. تقع مسؤولية جميع عمليات الدفع المتعلقة بخدمات التأجير على عاتق العميل. DS  ليست مسؤولة عن استرداد أي مبلغ من مستخدم المستأجر سيارة.

8. في حالة حدوث أي تأخير في إعادة السيارة، بعد فترة الإيجار، يكون العميل مسؤولاً عن الدفع حتى عودة السيارة.

9. جميع المخالفات المرورية على السيارة المستأجرة تقع على عاتق العميل وسيتم إصدار فاتورة بها بناءً على الرسوم المستلمة من الحكومة المعنية

قسم.

10. يتم سداد الفواتير خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الفاتورة. الاستمرار في استخدام السيارة/الخدمة المستأجرة يخضع للدفع خلال فترة زمنية محددة فترة الائتمان.

 11. سيتم سداد جميع الفواتير المستحقة فقط عن طريق الشيك أو التحويل البنكي إلى الحساب.

12. تنطبق الشروط والأحكام الأخرى الواردة في اتفاقية الإيجار..

1- سياراتنا تحت التأمين الكامل

2- مسموح القيادة لمسافة 300 كم في اليوم (أكثر من هذا سيكون هناك رسوم ويعتمد على السيارة)

3- لا يسمح بالقيادة خارج حدود المملكة العربية السعودية

4- لا يسمح بالقيادة في المنطقة الصحراوية

5- لا يسمح بتجاوز السرعة 120 كم/ساعة

6- لا يسمح بالتدخين في السيارة

7- يجب أن يكون مستوى الوقود عند ركوب السيارة هو نفسه عند إرجاع السيارة

8- يجب أن يكون عمرك أكبر من 18 عامًا حتى تتمكن من استئجار سيارة

Welcome to DS CAR RENTAL

Rental Requirements:

A. Valid Saudi ID/iqama for residents.

B. Valid Saudi driving license.

C. Mobile number of residents registered under Abshar for TAMM authorization.

D. It is not possible to rent to clients from outside Saudi Arabia.

1. Minimum rental period for daily rental is 24 hours. After 01 day, Up to 6 hours, proportionate hourly rate & after 6 hours full day charges 

applies.

Minimum rental period for monthly rental is 30 days, daily proportionate rate is chargeable after this period.

2. Vehicle confirmation is by car group only; DS Rent reserves the right to provide substitute models within the same tariff group as detailed 

above.

3. Insurance excess applies in case of accident supported by police report and if vehicle being driven by a legally authorized driver.

4. Insurance excess is regardless of %age of mistake as per police report. Insurance coverage is as per Insurance Policy terms (available on 

request).

5. Any damage to vehicle not supported by police report, is on customer. Acceptance by user on rental agreement copy is only required for 

this purpose.

6. Rental is for 01 user only. Additional driver charge @ SR.50 per additional driver in rental agreement.

7. Responsibility of all payment related to rental services are on customer. DS is not responsible to recover any amount from user of rented 

car.

8. In case of any delay in return of vehicle, beyond rent period, customer is responsible to pay until return of vehicle.

9. All traffic fines on rented vehicle are on customer and the same will be invoiced based on charges received from relevant government 

department.

10. Payment of invoices to be settled within 30 days of invoice date. Continuation of using rented vehicle/service is subject to payment within 

credit period.

11. Payment for all due invoices will be made only through cheque or bank transfer to account.

12. Other terms and conditions as per rental agreement applies.

13. Rates are valid till 31-December-2023

1- our cars are under full insurance 

2- 300 km is allowed to drive per day (more than this, there will be a charge and it depends on the car)

4- it's not allowed to drive outside the border of the Saudi Arabia

5- it's not allowed to drive in the desert area 

6- it's not allowed to go over 120 km/h ( speed )

7- it's not allowed to smoke in the car

8- the fuel level once you took the car should be the same once you return the car

9- you should be older than 18 to rent a car

fees for Drop-off the car to another city:

If the customer wants to drop-off the car in another city, such as: pickup from Riyadh - drop-off in Jeddah, free of charge
